各学院：

    本科留学生2016/2017（1）学期通识选修课网上选课工作定于2016年6月24日至6月27日进行。为做好此项工作，现将有关事项通知如下：

    1.选课内容：本次选课为通识选修课，其余课程不参与选课。通识选修课每个学期限选2门。录取时按即选即中原则。在规定时间内未选课，作自动放弃处理。

    2.选课对象：2013级、2014级、2015级本科留学生。

    3.选课时间：2016年6月24日至6月27日。

    4.选课网址：http://172.16.7.86、http://172.16.7.83或http://www.ycjw.zjut.edu.cn。请尽可能在校园网内访问选课网址，以提高选课速度（所有选课网址在教务处网站有链接）。

    5.本轮选课结束后不再安排第二轮选课，请各学院务必通知每位留学生按规定时间进行网上选课，尤其是即将进入大四环节的2013级留学生。

    6.请学校计算机中心及各学院机房为学生选课提供方便。

    7.本通知内容正式版用中文表述，当英文翻译与中文版有出入时，以中文版为准。

Notice on Online Course-selecting of International Undergraduate Students' General Knowledge Selective Courses of 2016/2017(1) semester

To all colleges it may concern:

    Online course-selecting of International Undergraduate Students' General Knowledge Selective Courses of 2016/2017 (1) semester will be carried out from June 24th to June 27th. Due attention should be paid to the following points:

     I. Only General Selective Courses are within the coverage of above-mentioned online course-selecting. The rest of the courses hardly fall within the scope of this notice. Each student can take at most two selective courses each semester. Please be noted that once chosen, selective course cannot be modified anymore. So please take a second thought before making final decisions. Anyone who fails to do so within the prescribed time will be deemed as an automatic waiver.

    II. Participants of the online course-selecting are confined to undergraduate international students of grade 2013, 2014 and 2015.

    III. Selective course shall be registered from June 24th to June 27th.

    IV. Course-selecting can be fulfilled via http://172.16.7.86 , http://172.16.7.83 orhttp://www.ycjw.zjut.edu.cn. To ensure the efficiency of course selection, please visit the websites through campus network if possible. (All  the website links can be found on the website of Academic Affairs Office. )

    V. No more course-selecting opportunities will be offered after June 27th. Therefore, faculty members in all colleges are responsible for making sure every international student involved registers for selective courses within the prescribed time online, especially those 2013 undergraduate international students who are about to enter their senior year.

    VI. It’s highly appreciated if faculty members in the computer center and all computer rooms accommodate relevant international students during the prescribed time.

    VII. The official version of this notice is in Chinese, with English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy between the English translation and the original Chinese text, the Chinese text shall prevail.
