全体留学生：

本学期留学生的课程重学网上报名即将开始，现将网上报名工作的有关事项通知如下：

一、网上报名时间：

本学期课程重学网上报名时间为2017年3月2日-3月9日。

请需要参加重学的留学生登录原创教务管理系统报名（具体操作步骤详见附件），也可前往所在专业学院，在专业学院指导下操作。

二、重学费缴纳：

1、完成网上报名后，请留学生到国际化培养办公室（屏峰：健B405，朝晖：子良A108）开重学缴费通知单，然后持重学缴费通知单到计财处（屏峰：健B418，朝晖：子良A127）缴现金。若不按时缴费，则作自动放弃重学处理。重学费按52.5元/学分收取。

2、完成缴费后，请留学生务必带收据到国际化培养办公室确认重学资格。

3、缴费确认截止时间：3月14日下午4点前。

三、重学课程注意事项

1、未办理重学手续，擅自参加课程考试，成绩无效。

2、留学生重学均为插班重学，在报名后即可参加学习，但须缴费确认后，方可确认重学资格。

3、重学课程必须参加课堂学习，完成规定的作业、实验。如重学课程与其他教学环节时间冲突时，学生可向重学课程的任课教师书面申请免听课，经同意可部分听课或自学，但须完成规定的作业、实验，方可参加考核。

Notice on Online Registration of Retaking-course for International Undergraduate Students in 2016/2017 (2) Semester

To all colleges and all international students it may concern:

The online registration of retaking-course for international undergraduate students this semester is going to start. Some relevant matters on online registration are as follows.

1.      Registration Time

The online registration time of retaking–course this semester is from Mar. 2nd to Mar. 9th.

Students who need to retake courses can log in the educational management system (http://www.ycjw.zjut.edu.cn/) for registration (See specific operation steps in annex), or register online under the guidance of teachers from major colleges.

2. Retaking-course payments:

a).International undergraduate students shall go to the International Education Office (Pingfeng Campus: Jianxing Building B, Room 405, Zhaohui Campus: Ziliang Building A, Room 108) to open the payment notice after registering online. Then students shall go to the Financial Office(Pingfeng Campus: Jianxing Building B, Room 418, Zhaohui Campus: Ziliang Building A, Room 127) with the payment notice to pay in cash. If students do not pay in time, it is regarded as giving up retaking-course qualification. The tuition of retaking-course is 52.5 Yuan per credit.

b). International undergraduate students shall go back to the International Education Office with receipt to confirm the retaking-course qualification after payment.

c). Deadline of confirmation: before 4pm, Mar. 14th.

3. Attentions of Retaking-course

a). If the foreign students who fail to complete the required formalities take the examinations without permission, the scores of the corresponding examinations will be invalid.

b). The retaking courses of international students are courses conducted with other classes. Students can attend the class after registering, and can only confirm the retaking-course qualification after the confirmation of payment.

c). Students who retake courses must attend the class, and finish required homework and experiments. If the time of retaking courses conflicts with other courses, students can apply for free lectures in written form from teachers of these courses. Then students can take part of the courses or study by themselves with permission. Students can take examinations only after finishing required homework and experiments.
