各学院、2018届本科留学生毕业生：

根据中国教育部办公厅、新华社办公厅（教学厅[2002]5号）文件精神，所有高校毕业生的电子图像信息与学历证书信息一起上网供社会查询，毕业生电子图像由新华社浙江分社统一来校采集，并提供8张2寸彩色照片用于毕业证书和学位证书的制作。现将有关具体事项通知如下：

1、请留学生按规定时间准时到拍摄场地拍摄。

2、拍摄成本费18.5元/人，请留学生于2017年12月29日前交给专业学院负责留学生的老师，各专业学院收齐后统一交国际化培养办公室。

3、本科留学生毕业生的拍摄安排：

屏峰校区：拍摄时间：2017年10月26日（星期四）下午14:30-15:40

拍摄地点：健行楼B102（第三组），屏峰校区各学院本科留学生183人。

朝晖校区：拍摄时间：2017年10月27日（星期五）下午15:10-15:40

拍摄地点：新教楼203（第一组），朝晖校区各学院本科留学生96人。

4、拍照步骤：

   （1）找到规定的拍摄地点，排队等候；

（2）出示学生证，按顺序在《全国高校毕业生信息采集学生名单》上登记学号与姓名，字体必须工整；

（3）严格按照登记顺序等候拍照，不得错位；

（4）拍完照片请马上离开现场，禁止在拍照现场逗留、大声喧哗。

5、若不参加电子图像采集或不缴纳拍摄成本费，将无法进行网上电子注册学历信息，无法制作毕业证书和学位证书，后果自负。

温馨提示：本次拍照的照片用于制作毕业证书和学位证书，请拍照前一天不要熬夜，拍照当天穿有衣领和袖子的衣服（除黄色外），不要戴帽子。之前已经参加过毕业生电子图像采集而且纸质照片没有丢失的同学，无需再参加拍摄。

Notice on Electronic Image Acquisition of 2018 International Graduates

To all colleges and 2018 international graduates it may concern:

According to the Office of Chinese Education Ministry and Office of Xinhua News Agency document (order No. 5[2002] of Teaching Office), all college graduates need to send information of electronic image and of education certificates online for social inquiry. Zhejiang branch of Xinhua News Agency will collect graduates’ electronic images on campus and offer eight 2 inch chromotypes to make graduate certificate and diploma. The specific items are as follows:

1. International students must arrive at the shooting venue on schedule.

2. The cost is 18.5￥ per capita. International students must pay to the teacher of the major college who is responsible for this before December 29, 2017. Then all major colleges hand in the money to International Education Department after all cost received.

3. Shooting arrangement of international graduates:

Pingfeng Campus: Time: October 26, 2017 (Thursday) 14:30-15:40 p.m.

Place: Jianxing Building B Room 102(Group 3). Total number of international students of all colleges at Pingfeng campus is 183.

Zhaohui Campus: Time: October 27, 2017 (Friday) 15:10-15:40 p.m.

Place: Xinjiao Building Room 203(Group 1). Total number of international students of all colleges at Zhaohui campus is 96.

4. Shooting steps:

a). Find the designated shooting venue and wait in line.

b). Show the student ID. Register your student number and name on the “List of Information Acquisition of National College Graduates” in order with neat fonts.

c). Wait to take photos in order on the list strictly, and don’t dislocate.

d). Leave immediately after you finish. You mustn’t hang about and talk loudly.

5. If you do not attend this acquisition or do not pay the shooting, you cannot register electronic academic degree information and cannot make graduate certificates and diploma on your own account.

Warm reminded: Photos taken this time are for the graduate certificates and diplomas. Please do not stay up late the day before that day. Please wear clothes with collars and sleeves except yellow and don't wear a hat that day. Students who have previously participated in electronic image acquisition don't need to participate again if the photos are still there.
