Notice on Electronic Image Acquisition of 2020 International Graduates

To all colleges and 2020 international graduates it may concern:

According to the Office of Chinese Education Ministry and Office of Xinhua News Agency document (order No. 5[2002] of Teaching Office), all college graduates need to send information of electronic image and of education certificates online for social inquiry. Zhejiang branch of Xinhua News Agency will collect graduates’ electronic images on campus and offer eight 2 inch chromotypes to make graduate certificate and diploma. According to the arrangement of Zhejiang branch of Xinhua News Agency, the specific items are as follows:

1.The cost is 20￥ per capita. The time of payment: From now on until 20:00 on October 24th, 2019. Please pay the shooting fee on time (students who cannot participate in shooting needn’t to pay the fee.), and students who don’t make the payment cannot participate in shooting. The payment steps are as follows:

1)Log in the website www.bwgs.zjut.edu.cn/phone on mobile. When logging in, please use mobile data and do not connect WiFi on campus. The account is your student number and the password is the last six numbers of your passport. Please check your identity after logging in.

2)Click【报名缴费】(Registration and Payment) in the module of【日常工作】(Daily Work ) and chose the item “浙江工业大学2020届毕业生电子图像采集缴费”(Payment of Electronic Image Acquisition of 2020 Graduates of ZJUT) for registration, paying the fee under the guidance of the system with Alipay. The payment is 20￥.

3)Return to system after paying the fee and check the QR code generated. Please screenshot the QR code for the later verification in the shooting venue.

4)If any problems occur during the payment, please go to the major college and operate under the guidance of teachers from major college on time.

2.International graduates must arrive at the shooting venue on schedule:

Pingfeng Campus: Time: October 25^th, 2019 (Friday) 15:10-16:20 p.m.

Place: Jianxing Building B Room 102 (Group 3). Total number of international students of all colleges at Pingfeng campus is 170.

Zhaohui Campus: Time: October 26^th, 2019 (Saturday) 14:55-15:20 p.m.

Place: Wenhui Building Room 205 (Group 2). Total number of international students of all colleges at Zhaohui campus is 30.

3.Shooting steps:

1)Find the designated shooting venue and quietly line up in order. Show the screenshot picture of the QR code generated after payment on the phone and make the mobile screen brighter.

2)Show the student ID and verify the payment information at the staff in the order of lining with your QR code. After verification, register your student number and name on the “List of Information Acquisition of National College Graduates” with neat fonts. Then, take the serial number of photographing.

3)Wait to take photos in order on the list strictly, and don’t dislocate.

4)Carry your personal articles with you and leave immediately after you finish. You mustn’t hang about and talk loudly.

4.If you do not attend this acquisition or do not pay the shooting, you cannot register electronic academic degree information online and cannot make graduate certificates and diploma on your own account.

5.Matters needing attention:

International students should arrange personal images according to the requirements of Xinhua News Agency, so as to avoid shooting errors. Students who have previously participated in electronic image acquisition don't need to participate again if the photos are still there.

For male students: Professional clothes such as monochrome clothes with a collar; Neat hairstyle; Shaved; Show eyebrows and ears; No yellow, blue and sleeveless clothes; No ornaments; No hats.

For female students: Professional clothes such as monochrome clothes with a collar; Neat hairstyle; Show eyebrows and ears; No yellow, blue and sleeveless clothes; No ornaments; No hats; No heavy makeup.

6.Personal shoot:

For 2020 international graduates who missed this massed acquisition on October 25^th to 26^th in 2019 due to some reasons, please go to Zhejiang Branch of Xinhua News Agency on your own to make up for the shot.

Time for personal shoot: Before the end of December, 2019.

Ordinary Shoot (50rmb/person): 9:00am-11:30am, and 1:30pm-4:30pm, every Wednesday and Thursday

Fine Shoot (100rmb/person): 9:00am-11:30am, and 1:30pm-4:30pm, weekdays.

Place for personal shoot: NO.499, Stadium Road, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Branch of Xinhua News Agency. (Next to Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.)

Steps for personal shoot:

(1)Follow the official account “浙江高校摄影” （photography for Zhejiang universities）and upload personal information required in the module of “个人中心”(me)/“个人信息”(personal information) in advance:

Accurate personal information required:

Name of university diploma, ID number, student number, university code, education level, the type of degree, the name of university, the name, phone number, postcode and address of the teacher in Academic Affairs Office who is responsible for student management.  

(2)Make an appointment for the shooting in the module of “个人中心(me)/ 我的预约(my appointment)/ 提前预约(appointment in advance)” in the official account  “浙江高校摄影” （photography for Zhejiang universities）.

(3)Pay the fee in the spot.

(4)Scan the QR code of your ID card to load the information and have yourself photographed.

(5)Download the electronic photo in the module of “照片拍摄(photographing)/电子照片(electronic photo)” in the official account the day after the shoot.

 关于做好2020届本科毕业留学生电子图像采集工作的通知

各学院、2020届本科毕业留学生：

根据中国教育部办公厅、新华社办公厅（教学厅[2002]5号）文件精神，所有高校毕业生的电子图像信息与学历证书信息一起上网供社会查询，毕业生电子图像由新华社浙江分社统一来校采集，并提供8张2寸彩色照片用于毕业证书和学位证书的制作。根据新华社浙江分社的安排，现将有关具体事项通知如下：

1、拍摄成本费20元/人，缴费时间：即刻起至2019年10月24日20:00，请务必按时缴费（无法参加拍摄者请勿缴费），未缴费者将无法参与拍摄。缴费步骤如下：

（1）手机端登录 www.bwgs.zjut.edu.cn/phone，登录时请使用本机移动数据流量，勿连接校园WiFi，账户名为本人学号，密码为护照号码后六位，登录成功后核对是否为本人；

（2）点击【日常工作】模块下的【报名缴费】，选择名为“浙江工业大学2020届毕业生电子图像采集缴费”的缴费项目，点击报名，按照系统提示在支付宝缴费，费用标准20元；

（3）缴费成功后返回系统，查看生成的二维码，请截图保存，用于拍摄现场验证。

（4）缴费过程出现问题的，请及时前往所在专业学院，在专业学院指导下操作。

2、请本科毕业留学生按规定时间准时到拍摄场地拍摄：

屏峰校区：拍摄时间：2019年10月25日（星期五）15:10-16:20

拍摄地点：第三组（健行楼B102教室），屏峰校区各学院本科留学生170人。

朝晖校区：拍摄时间：2019年10月26日（星期六）14:55-15:20

拍摄地点：第二组（文荟楼205），朝晖校区各学院本科留学生30人。

3、拍照步骤：

   （1）找到规定的拍摄地点，有秩序无喧哗排队，将缴费时生成二维码截图的图片展示在手机上，屏幕亮度调高；

（2）出示学生证，按排队顺序凭二维码在工作人员处验证缴费信息，验证成功后在《全国高校毕业生信息采集学生名单》上登记学号与姓名，字迹必须工整，签完领取拍摄序号；

（3）严格按照登记顺序等候拍照，不得错位；

（4）物品随身携带，拍完照片马上离开现场，禁止在拍照现场逗留、大声喧哗。

4、若不缴纳拍摄成本费或不参加电子图像采集，将无法进行网上电子注册学历信息，无法制作毕业证书和学位证书，后果自负。

5、拍照注意事项：

请留学生按照新华社影像采集要求整理个人形象，避免拍摄失误。之前已经参加过毕业生电子图像采集而且纸质照片没有丢失的同学，无需再参加拍摄。

6、个人散拍：

2020届毕业留学生因故确实无法在2019年10月25-26日两天参加学校统一组织的电子图像采集的，请自行前往新华社浙江分社进行补拍。

散拍时间：2019年12月底之前

     普通拍摄（50元/人）每周三、周四上午9:00-11:30；下午1:30-4:30

     精拍（100元/人）每周一到周五上午9:00-11:30；下午1:30-4:30

散拍地址：杭州市体育场路499号新华社浙江分社图像采集室（杭州市中医院旁）。

散拍流程：

（1）提前在微信公众号“浙江高校影像”个人中心/个人信息内准确填写个人信息（准确无误填写：学校文凭名称、身份证号码、学号、院校代码、学历类别、所在校别、教务处负责学籍老师的姓名、电话、邮编、地址）；

（2）公众号“浙江高校影像”个人中心/我的预约中预约拍摄；

（3）现场缴费；

（4）扫个人身份二维码导入信息，拍摄；

（5）拍摄后第二天，公众号照片拍摄/电子照片内下载电子稿。
