Notice on Online Learning Arrangement for International Undergraduate Students during Period of Epidemic Prevention and Control in Spring Semester of 2020

To all colleges and international undergraduate students it may concern:

In order to ensure the orderly teaching of international undergraduate students under the situation of epidemic prevention and control, according to the school's "Implementation Plan for Undergraduate Teaching during Period of Epidemic Prevention and Control in Spring Semester of 2020" (Zhejiang University of Technology [2020] No.7), the implementation of undergraduate students' teaching will be carried out through online teaching, remote guidance by teachers, and students' flexible and autonomous learning (except for experimental and practical courses) during the epidemic prevention and control period.

The arrangement of online learning for international undergraduate students during the epidemic prevention and control period in the spring semester of 2020 is hereby notified as follows:

I. Detailed Schedule:

1. A week-long trial run of online teaching of theoretical courses will begin on February 24.

2. The teaching work for the new semester will start on March 2, and online teaching will be fully implemented until the epidemic prevention and control period is over. Seamless conversion with normal teaching methods will be realized after students return to school.

3. The undergraduate teaching task for the spring semester of 2020 will be completed before July 4.

Ⅱ. Online Learning Methods:

1. Check the curriculum schedule by logging into Zhengfang Management System via http://172.16.19.160/ (on-campus) or http://www.gdjw.zjut.edu.cn/ (off-campus);

2. Query the online teaching address of this semester's courses, “Information Query” (信息查询) → “Online Class Address Query” (网上上课地址查询);

Select the corresponding academic year and semester, click "Query"(查询),

Check the online address of each course and the contact information of the teacher.

According to the displayed online teaching plan information, students should enter the corresponding teaching platform (Superstar Learning(超星学习通), Rain Class(雨课堂), Ding Ding(钉钉), QQ Group, WeChat Group, etc.), download the corresponding teaching applications, join the online teaching class, understand the teaching information and requirements, and carry out learning as required.

If you need to inquire about the courses that start this semester but are not in your schedule, you can do so through “Public Query”(公共查询) → “Teaching Arrangements Query”(教学安排查询).

Select the corresponding academic year and semester, click "Query"(查询),

Check the information of all the courses offered by ZJUT this semester.
